Qiana Eaglin is the Manager of Technical Writing at JMP Statistical Software LLC, a SAS company specializing in interactive desktop software for dynamic data visualization and analysis.
Qiana and her team are responsible for generating and publishing documentation for JMP, JMP Live and other products, as well maintaining documentation scripts and tools that help users get the most out of their software investment.
Prior to joining JMP in October of 2021, Qiana served as a technical writer for SAS. During her distinguished twenty-four-year career in software, Qiana has held multiple roles, including developer, tester, system and database administrator and technical writer. In 2010, she filed a patent for managing multiple user IDs in instant messaging or email.
Qiana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Pfeiffer University.
In her free time, Qiana is a foodie who enjoys cooking, dancing, spending time with her family and friends, and refining her developing golf game.
