Output Description

2D Detrend

Running this process for the ProstateCancerExample sample setting generates one output data set accessed from a Results window shown below. Refer to the 2D Detrend process description for more information about this process.

Output Data

This process generates the following output data set:

Output Detrended Data Set: The output data set consists of a modification of the input data set in which all of the values have been reduced by the subtraction of the baseline values. Negative values have been replaced with zeros (0). This data set has the _dt suffix appended to the name of the input data set.
