Annotation Position Variable
Use this field to specify the variable whose values indicate the genetic position of each of the SNPs or probesets on the chromosome.
This variable is specified here when this information is not included in the {link}{Emphasis}Input SAS Data Set.
When this variable is specified along with a {link}{Emphasis}Chromosome Variable, negative log10p-value results are plotted by chromosome and position.
To Specify the Position Variable:

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
