Specifically, this should be a tall SAS data set, in which columns are arrays or samples, and rows are molecular entities. The names of the columns must be indexed by the ColumnName variable in the {link}{Emphasis}Experimental Design SAS Data Set.

Copy Number/LOH Control Set Adjustment

Specifically, this should be a tall SAS data set containing copy number or genotype measurements.

Specifically, this should be a tall SAS data set, with one column for each array, and one row for each marker.
