Width of Positional Bin

Specify the width of each positional bin on the same scale as the Start location variable.

Caution: Choosing a bin width that is very small compared to the overall length of the chromosomes can result in a huge number of bins, which can take a very long time to plot and be interactively unwieldy.

To Specify Width of Positional Bin:

Ensure that Bin By Position has been chosen as the Bin Method.

Type a width value directly into the text box of the Width of Positional Bin field, or left-click and drag the slider to the left or right.

If necessary, you can right-click in the slider box to rescale it.
