Analysis of Bootstrap Results
Once you have the bootstrap results, you can analyze them using the Distribution platform. Select Analyze > Distribution and then assign the columns of interest to the appropriate roles. The Distribution platform searches for a BootID• column to produce the Bootstrap Confidence Limits report (Bootstrap Confidence Limits Report).
Bootstrap Confidence Limits Report
The Bootstrap Confidence Limits report shows the following quantiles of the bootstrap results:
Coverage
percentage associated with the quantile
Pct Lower
the 100((1-p)/2)th quantile of the bootstrap results, where p is the Coverage value
Pct Upper
the 100(p + (1-p)/2)th quantile of the bootstrap results, where p is the Coverage value
Original Estimate
estimate of the statistic using the original data
