The Bayesian Optimization red triangle menu contains the following options:

For more information about the following options, see “Redo Menus in JMP Reports”, “Group Platform”, and “Save Script Menus in JMP Reports” in Using JMP:

Redo

Contains options that enable you to repeat or relaunch the analysis. In platforms that support the feature, the Automatic Recalc option immediately reflects the changes that you make to the data table in the corresponding report window.

Platform Preferences

Contains options that enable you to view the current platform preferences or update the platform preferences to match the settings in the current JMP report.

Save Script

Contains options that enable you to save a script that reproduces the report to several destinations.

Note: Additional options for this platform are available through scripting. Select Help > Scripting Index. In the Scripting Index, you can also find examples for scripting the options that are described in this section.

Save All Model Fits Script

Contains options that enable you to save a script that exactly reproduces the Gaussian Process model fits that are reported in the Model Summary and individual response tabs. This script does not reproduce anything performed in the Batch Selection tab. When the saved script is run, a new candidate set and batch selection are generated based on default settings.

Tip: Use this option if you are satisfied with the fit of the Gaussian Process models, but you would like to perform batch selection at a later time.

Save Script for Next Iteration

Contains options that enable you to save a script that retains the model parameters from the Gaussian Process model fits that are reported in the Model Summary and individual response tabs. When the saved script is run, new Gaussian Process models are fit by using the saved model parameters as starting values. A new candidate set is also generated.

Tip: Use this option if you are satisfied with the fit of the Gaussian Process models, have selected a batch of new runs, and plan on collecting new data to repeat the process. After new observations are collected by using the factor combinations from the first batch, you can run the script to fit updated Gaussian Process models and select a new batch based on the updated data.

Note: This is the same script that is saved to the data table when the Save startup script for next batch selection to data table option is selected. See Include Options.
