The parallel plot for the markers is like the parallel plot for the individuals except we are examining the relative contributions of the populations on the probabilities of the genotypes. Markers that are close to one in one of the population are likely to be fixed in that population. Markers closer to zero tend to be more evenly distributed across the populations.
Clustering for the markers is like clustering for the individuals except we are examining the relative contributions of the populations on the probabilities of the genotypes.
