When you click Run in the Causal Treatment Fit Model launch window or click Go in the Fit Causal Treatment report Model Launch control panel, JMP produces a Model report. When the Show Tips and Interpretations option is selected from the Fit Causal Treatment red triangle menu, the Model report contains the following sections:

Analysis Findings

Model Information

Analysis of Causal Effects

Distributions

Causal Assumptions Check

Model Fit Details

Propensity Score Matching Summary

Note: The contents of these sections change depending on the type of the treatment. These differences are described in each section page. The Propensity Score Matching Summary appears only when the treatment is binary and the Propensity Score Matching Method is set to Nearest Neighbors.

If propensity score matching is used, the Model report contains an additional section. See Propensity Score Matching Summary.

The Model report red triangle menu contains the following options:

Save Causal Results Columns

Saves new columns to the original data table. The new columns contain the propensity score, weight, and potential outcome estimates.

Remove Fit

Removes the current Model report from the Fit Causal Treatment report.
