In Figure 5.71, the Ordered Difference Report shows that five mean comparison tests were performed before there was a non-significant result and the procedure was stopped. Level 17 is significantly different from all other levels except 16 and 15. The last test performed was between level 16 and level 13. Since there are 5 means between and including these levels, the Smallest Quantile Considered is the quantile for Tukey’s HSD with 5 group means.
