Candidate Set Report Options
The Candidate Set red triangle menu in the Bayesian Optimization platform contains the following options:
Select Table Columns
Provides a list of columns that can be added to the candidate set table. See Candidate Set Columns.
Note: Additional columns for each response can be added to the candidate set table by right-clicking in the table and selecting Columns.
Export Candidate Set to Data Table
Creates a new data table that contains the rows from the candidate set table. When you select this option, a window appears that enables you to specify which columns to include in the new data table. See Candidate Set Columns.
Candidate Set Columns
The following columns can be included in the candidate set table or the exported data table:
– Order Added (included by default)
– Factor Settings
– Bayesian Desirability (included by default)
– Bayesian Desirability Std Dev (included by default)
– Multimodel Prediction Std Dev
– MaxPro Space Filling Criterion (included by default)
– Bayesian Desirability Expected Improvement (included by default)
– Bayesian Desirability Upper Confidence Bound
– Training Response Predictions
– Augmented Response Prediction Std Dev
– Augmented Response Prediction Confidence Intervals
