Martin Demel is a Principal Systems Engineer at JMP Statistical Discovery. He supports sales and customer development for strategic accounts in Europe, ensuring that customers stay happy using JMP, identifying finding new users/departments, and helping to sell advanced JMP products to strategic customers. Martin also works to build an analytics culture in those accounts.
Based in Germany, Martin provides technical support for JMP products, in particular for customers in chemical, pharma, biotech, semiconductor, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining JMP, he worked for The MathWorks, first as a Technical Support Engineer and then as an Application Engineer. He was responsible for all MATLAB and some Simulink related toolboxes, parallel computing, and deployment in the automotive and financial industries.
Martin has a diploma in technomathematics from the TU Munich.
