Laura Higgins is a Systems Engineer for JMP, a business unit of SAS. Her current responsibilities include conducting interviews with customers to help solve acute problems and help them discover hidden opportunities that are present in their data.
Before joining SAS, Higgins worked as an ontology engineer for Ingenuity Systems and conducted genomic research at NASA Ames Research Center. Higgins’ statistical background includes multivariate statistics, genomic data analysis and experimental design for quantitative genetic and genomic experiments.
