Making Sense of Your Data Using Basic Analysis and Plotting

Application Area:
Statistics, Predictive Modeling and Data Mining

After visualizing relationships in your data, use basic analyses to statistically examine and evaluate relationships. See how to summarize tables and reorganize data, and compare two variables using analyses and graphs that test and display differences among groups or across ranges.

This session covers: using Table Summary, formulas and groups to reorganize data; using Fit Y by X to compare two variables using analyses that test differences among groups or across ranges; broadcasting commands across similar output in multiple window; overlaying plots to show, in same plot, different output by levels of a designated variable; and hiding and excluding observations from graphs.

Live webinars on many topics are offered throughout the year. See the list and register in the JMP User Community.
