Richard Peal is a Senior Account Executive with JMP Statistical Discovery LLC. Based in Falls Church, VA, Richard works with customers in the defense and aerospace industries. He began his tech career as a Unix System Administrator and Database Administrator before shifting his focus to federal agencies as a consultant implementing procurement software for the Department of Defense. Richard became interested in analytics after joining the IRS as the Project Manager and DBA for the Compliance Data Warehouse (the first successful data warehouse at the IRS). Since then, he has led sales teams for technical consulting services, procurement software as a service, analytics software, cloud (capacity as a service), and most recently, the adoption of satellite imagery data and insights to federal agencies in various roles.
