Basic Expression and Basic Exon Workflows, and Data Normalization in JMP^® Genomics 5.1

JMP Genomics incorporates several commonly used quality control and ANOVA modeling processes into the Basic Expression Workflow and Basic Exon Workflow. The underlying process dialogs offer many more options and greater flexibility than the simplified basic workflow interfaces. Basic Workflow results are organized as a series of links from a JMP Journal, which makes it simple to open tables and graphical results from one or more workflow processes.
